With a passion for helping others, Belinda has guided over 300 families on the the real estate journey, mastering various aspects of the industry, including foreclosures & investment properties. Her commitment to professional growth is evident in her continuous education, earning esteemed designations like Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). Belinda & Courtney (Retired Army SFC) recently celebrated 40yrs of marriage. They reside in Blythewood, SC, and are blessed with 3 adult children, 6 beloved grandchildren, and a cat named Rosie!
